Drunken Style

OK, I work part time at a Chinese food restaurant. It suprises me how little the Chinese know of the Drunken Style traditions, not just the fighting as shown in this video, but its relationship to Taoist culture and the 8 Immortals.

Here we have the remnants of a style brought to us by people who allegedly became immortals.

And what do I hear from the Chinese? Jet Li is way better than Jackie Chan. Jet Li is "Real" Kung Fu.

What they forget is that Kung Fu is a process, one learns through repeated training, mastering every move and nuance. Then one forgets allowing the true Kung Fu to be materialized in ones own actions.

After looking into strange foods like the Chocolate Bacon Martini at the Capitol Club, Capitol Hill, Seattle which uses bacon infused vodka, Godiva Chocolate liquer and a candied bacon garnish I came across something so awesome, so unbelievably cool that I had to show you.

Yay! Photoshop!

I've been working, way too much compared to the last few weeks. So I'm getting a little silly tonight now that I installed Photoshop.

And God is it Painfully obvious how much I have to relearn, not that I knew that much to begin with but sheesh...

Only reason I reinstalled Photoshop was cause my sister what's her name couldn't find her company logo in the right format and the only way to convert it from a PDF Document to a useable picture was to screen capture the image and convert it via Photoshop.

Maybe there is an easier way but thats what I thought of so GFY.

Words are not just words.

They are territory in this new world that we are all creating. It took me a while to see it, the reality, the possibilities.

It brings Marketing to a whole level that I never completely understood before... like 1492 as the pre launch of a new carbonated beverage.

Map the territory, Colonize and Exploit.

Isn't that the white heritage that all the other displaced people/inhabitants and apologists have been accusing the white man throughout history as being a part of, Global Domination?

You work to feed your kids, you build a home to be safe. That's global domination on a small scale. Same emotions, same level of commitment, just differing levels of influence.
