Heavy Metal Playlist

It started because the guy at Cumby's was playing "Seek and Destroy" by Metallica.

Then I started my own heavy metal motivational playlist, including:

But all of that brought me back to one of my pre millenial favorites, a White Zombie song that was never released on any album except a movie soundtrack. The shitty Escape from LA had "The One" an awesome song.

Press Release Marketing

It has been a while since I issued any press releases. Usually I get halfway through writing one and forget about it long before the idea of distribution even comes to mind.

But the other day I said dammit, I'm writing and distributing a press release today. (I don't know where the idea came from as is usually the case)

So I wrote up a quick 250 or so word press release, and since I wasn't about to pay the $20 for profesional distribution over at PRWeb I searched around for some free press release sites online.

• i-Newswire
• Click Press
• Press Release Circulation

After creating an account I submitted the releases there and to a couple of relevant media outlets directly and forgot about the whole thing.

24 hours later the press release at Press Release Point is ranked 6th in Google for my search term. My site is sitting at 13th place.

The links from that press release should help my site in the long term. But it is amazing to think that within 24 hours any site could out rank me without even trying, even if it was something I wrote promoting my own site.

Hell, I could write 250 word press releases all day. Beats 450 word, thought out articles for marketing anytime.

Now I just have to find a few more free distribution sites or maybe suck it up and use PRWeb like a profesional.

Yay! Forum Spam

Turns out I have been a major help to those people looking to promote Porn. In fact, a forum I built and forgot about turned out to be a major source of traffic for spammers looking to promote various porn sites.

I built a forum for nurses, never quite finished it, and forgot about it.

It was only recently that I deleted the forum to replace the site with a blog that I have been inundated with traffic, all highly ranked search terms for long tail porn marketing, now going to my 404 redirect page.


If I ever need 150 unique visitors a day then I know what to do in the future.

Who knew it was so easy to get ranked for "Chloroform Porn"
